ADVANCED WEIGHT LOSS CENTER

OBALON BALLOON
The balloons occupy space in your stomach so you eat less, making weight loss easier. You should expect the Obalon System to be accompanied by a professionally-supervised diet and exercise program. The Obalon Balloon System is a 6-month treatment.
ORBERA BALLOON
The ORBERA® Intragastric Balloon System is a bariatric weight loss procedure, that uses a gastric stomach balloon made out of soft silicone that occupies space in the stomach.
Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG)
Endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty or Endosleve is a non-surgical weight-loss procedure that uses an endoscopic suturing device to reduce the size of the stomach by 70-80%. This equates to no incisions, no scars, and little or no pain after the procedure which usually lasts under two hours.
LAPAROSCOPIC SLEEVE GASTRECTOMY (LSG)
The Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy or LSG is a weight loss procedure that surgically reduces the size of the stomach by about 85%. With less stomach capacity, patients will feel full sooner, and therefore, eat less amounts of food.
LAPAROSCOPIC ADJUSTABLE GASTRIC BAND (LAGB)
The Lap-Band is a bariatric surgery option that helps with weight loss. A gastric band is placed on the upper part of the stomach to create a small pouch to hold food. The restriction reduces the amount of food that can be eaten in a single meal and produces a feeling of fullness that lasts between meals.
LAPAROSCOPIC MINI-GASTRIC BYPASS (OAGB)
The mini-gastric bypass, or single anastomosis gastric bypass, is an effective and well-established procedure which combines some of the properties of a gastric sleeve and a standard gastric bypass. The upper part of the stomach is divided into a tube, similar to the top three quarters of a sleeve, and then joined to a loop of intestine. The mini-gastric bypass can be used as a primary weight loss procedure. It can also be used in patients who have had previous gastric banding or sleeve surgery but have been unsuccessful with weight loss, or who have had band-related complications and have decided on revision surgery.
LAPAROSCOPIC DUODENAL SWITCH (LDS)
The Duodenal Switch operation is done as an addition to the Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy (LSG) procedure. The whole procedure is known as the Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy with Duodenal Switch. The Duodenal Switch is especially good for individuals who have an excessive amount of weight to lose, have severe insulin dependent diabetes, or have hypertriglyceridemia.

LAPAROSCOPIC INGUINAL (GROIN) HERNIA REPAIR
Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair is a surgery to repair a hernia in your groin. During surgery to repair the hernia, the bulging tissue is pushed back in and your abdominal wall is reinforced.
LAPAROSCOPIC VENTRAL HERNIA REPAIR
Laparoscopic ventral hernia repair is a minimally invasive technique that uses small incisions (keyhole) and thin (chopstick) camera and instruments to fix tears or openings in the abdominal wall. The camera (laparoscopes – small telescopes inserted into the abdomen) and a patch (screen or mesh) to reinforce the abdominal wall.

WOMEN’S REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH

WOMEN’S REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH) TUBAL LIGATION REVERSAL
Tubal ligation reversal surgery has the potential to restore fertility for women who have undergone tubal sterilization. This procedure reconnects the fallopian tubes after a woman has had her “tubes tied,” which restores their natural function and creates fertility in 80% of outcomes.
ADVANCED REFLUX CENTER

ADVANCED REFLUX CENTER

ACID REFLUX
Gastroesophageal reflux (GER) happens when your stomach contents come back up into your esophagus. Stomach acid that touches the lining of your esophagus can cause heartburn, also called acid indigestion.
CELLVIZIO
Cellvizio advanced technology generates optical biopsies using the world’s smallest flexible microscope, providing clinicians with microscopic images of tissue instantaneously and in a minimally-invasive manner.
LAPAROSCOPIC FUNDOPLICATION AND HIATAL HERNIA REPAIR
Laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication is now considered the standard surgical approach for treatment of severe gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
TIF (ESOPHYX)
Transoral incisionless fundoplication (TIF) is a minimally invasive treatment for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
WATS3D BIOPSY
The WATS3D Biopsy stands for wide area transepithelial 3-Dimensional biopsy. It is an alternative to standard forceps biopsy of the esophagus. This method increases the tissue area sampled resulting in greater abnormality discovery in the esophagus.
STRETTA
The Stretta procedure is a noninvasive, endoscopic treatment of acid reflux in which radiofrequency energy is applied to the gastroesophageal junction. In principle, controlled injury causes thickening of the lower esophageal sphincter, limiting free reflux of gastric contents. It may also reduce the feeling of heartburn that we get with acid reflux and the loosening of our natural antireflux mechanism.
BRAVO PH STUDY
The Bravo pH test is procedure performed to measure the pH or amount of acid that flows into the esophagus from the stomach during a 24-hour period. The procedure is commonly used to help confirm the diagnosis of acid flux or to identify the cause of various symptoms such as heartburn, chest pain, chronic cough, asthma, and other throat symptoms.
ADVANCED VEIN CENTER

ADVANCED VEIN CENTER

VENACURE (VARICOSE VEINS)
The VenaCure EVLT procedure treats the source of unsightly varicose veins with no hospital stay, minimal-to-no scarring, no lengthy recovery and minimal-to-no side effects.
VEIN STRIPPING
Vein stripping is the surgical method of treating varicose veins to not only improve the skin’s appearance, but also reduce the pain and health risks associated with large varicose veins.
VENEFIT PROCEDURE
The Venefit procedure offers patients a non-surgical method of treating varicose veins to not only improve the skin’s appearance, but also reduce the pain and health risks associated with large varicose veins.
SCLEROTHERAPY & PHLEBECTOMY
In this procedure, the surgeon injects the target veins with polidoconol, which causes those veins to close.

GI MOTILITY STUDY (ESOPHAGEAL MANOMETRY)
GI motility is tested using esophageal manometry, which measures intraluminal pressures and coordination of pressure activity of the muscles of the esophagus, and is used to diagnose motility disorders of the esophagus.
CAPSULE ENDOSCOPY
Capsule endoscopy is a procedure that allows video to be taken of the GI tract as a pill, containing a miniaturized camera, passes through your digestive system over the course of eight hours.
COLONOSCOPY
A colonoscopy is a procedure in which a physician uses a colonoscope with a camera to look inside your rectum and colon. Colonoscopy can show irritated and swollen tissue, ulcers, polyps, and cancer.

SINGLE INCISION GALLBLADDER SURGERY
Gallbladder removal surgery is usually performed with minimally invasive techniques and the medical name for this procedure is Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy or Laparoscopic Gallbladder Removal.
ADVANCED HEMORRHOID CENTER (HEMORRHOIDECTOMY OR HEMORRHOID REMOVAL)
Severe internal, or external, hemorrhoids that do not respond to other treatments or have grown too large may require surgical removal. A hemorrhoidectomy is done under anesthesia and completely removes the swollen tissue from the body.
