About Dr. Jessica Reynolds
Dr. Reynolds is both a general surgeon and bariatric surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive surgery, including robotic and endoscopic procedures at IBI Healthcare Institute. Dr. Reynolds received her Doctor of Medicine from The University of Toledo College of Medicine.
She completed her residency in General Surgery at the University of Southern California and a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery from the University of California San Diego. She is trained to treat a variety of common health issues such as gallstones, appendicitis, diverticulitis, and various lumps and bumps.

With additional training in minimally invasive procedures, Dr. Reynolds is also skilled in treating diseases like GERD, Barrett’s esophagus, esophageal cancer, achalasia, gastroparesis, gastric cancer, hernias, and previous surgical complications so that patients have less downtime, less pain, and much quicker recovery. Her main interests are in foregut surgery and abdominal wall hernias.
She is also fully trained in bariatric surgery including revisional and endoscopic procedures. More than a bariatric surgeon, Jessica Reynolds takes the time to create a plan for her patients’ success.
